Have helped me before out the back when I've been between jobs and in the truck needing to quickly collect an online order. My most recent experience I picked up the wrong car seat cushion. Showed the two lads in store the video of it and they went above and beyond to help find the correct product with superb advice product knowledge and genuine care. Priceless. You will not find service like this in many places.

Just want to say a big thanks to Harry, Laura and Martina who helped me when I ordered the wrong colour pram. They all were so polite and friendly while I was having a hormonal meltdown. Appreciate everything you guys did for us yesterday. Thank you so much.

Fantastic shop, so much variety, reasonably priced. Service team are helpful and friendly, specially Ken! Thanks again for everything. He took all the time to explain me about travel prams. It was an amazing customer experience.

I went into baby kingdom Alexandria feeling overwhelmed and stressed because I have no idea what I’m doing. I spoke to Lin, an extremely helpful staff member. She was BLOODY AWESOME. She talked me through everything down a list of priorities. She took the time to stay with me and walk around the store showing me options that fit my criteria. She was absolutely amazing, no words. Thank you Lin and see you soon. If I could pay her just for her advice I would.

Great shop. Reasonable/competitive prices and very helpful employees. My only comment is that it can get extremely busy on the weekends so if you can go midweek, go then. Not a fault of the shop by any means!
